what we collect

when you send a rental inquiry, we get what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, event details, venue address, budget, and any photos or links you share.

how we use it

only to reply to your inquiry, send you a quote, and plan & deliver your rental. we don't sell your information, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list.

photos of your setup

if you opt in to our founding customer offer, we may photograph the props we set up & share those photos on our website & social media. we focus on the setup, not your guests. if you'd rather a photo not be shared, just tell us & we'll take it down.

who else sees it

• formspree delivers the form to our inbox, so it handles your inquiry on the way to us.
• cloudflare hosts this website.
• google fonts supplies one of the fonts on this site, so your browser loads it from google.

cookies

this site doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking. when you tap "add to a request," your browser remembers the items you picked so they're still on the form when you come back. that list stays on your device, isn't shared with us until you send an inquiry, & clears once you do.

how long we keep it

we keep inquiries & booking records as long as we need them to run the business, like for taxes & repeat bookings.
